There is a topic we love to talk about, and it includes tooling and
process and simply how we get things done in a free/open source
project.

There is also topic we like to ignore -- what does it take to create
participatory & sane contributor environment.

The crossover of these spots is where community infrastructure of
participation comes in:

* These are systems run specifically for, and usually dedicated to,
  performing community-facing functions (www, auth, ci, etc.) but also
  to include auth, directory services, and so forth.
